Ecocode Ltd does not guarantee and is not obliged to ensure the operation of the site without interruption or without errors.
EcocCode Ltd reserves the right to modify prices without notifying its users, as well as correcting errors in the description of the product. Printing errors, differences in color visualization, as well as changes in product design are possible.
EcoCode Ltd is not responsible for any damages resulting from the visit to the website and the information published on it.

This method is applicable only for deliveries in Bulgaria.
Pay for the products upon delivery through the courier company agents.
Cash on delivery is the most convenient method for settling the payment between seller and buyer. Most convenient for the customer, because he pays for the purchase made by him after taking it in his hands and the risk in this case of payment is minimal. You pay the value of the cash on delivery, which in this case is the value of the product you purchased. According to the terms of our Store, the imposed payment is at the expense of the Store and is completely free for the Customer.
EcoCode Ltd is committed to providing conditions for the proper packaging, transportation and delivery of products so as to preserve their quality and efficiency.
The BUYER has the right to return the product, at his expense, within 14 days of purchase, if he changes his mind for any reason, provided that the product has no traces of use and is in its original packaging. Upon fulfillment of the conditions described above, upon receipt of the product, EcoCode Ltd undertakes to return to the BUYER the amount paid for the specified product.
The refund is made in the manner in which it was received by EcoCode Ltd. Namely by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
6. Consumer protection
You have the right to cancel an order without giving reasons, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and specified by you, have entered into possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your name, geographical address and a telephone number or fax and e-mail address, and of your decision to withdraw from the contract with an unequivocal statement (eg.a letter sent by post).
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
