Sugarcane snack bowls are so environmentally friendly because they are indeed made from sugarcane. After pressing out the juice for the sugar production, the remaining cane is ground into a cellulose pulp (bagasse). The pulp is then compressed to make our sugarcane bowls, among other things. No coating is needed because the bagasse is water and grease resistant. As the material is still natural, it can be composted after use. Bagasse is fully biodegradable. Made so sustainably that you can serve food to your customers with a clear conscience.
